Cross-Country Skis
The Boissevain-Morton Recreation Office has a large selection of cross-country skis available for rent. Visit their website or call them at 204.534.6472 for details.
$15/set per day
$25/set per weekend
If you are unable to pick them up / drop them off contact us and this can be arranged for a fee ($20).
Back-Country Skin Skis
Skishoes, skihocs, backcountry skin skis… all names for this fun winter activity. These wide & short skin skis are a mix between a snowshoe and xc ski. They allow you to travel almost anywhere, but are most fun off-trail. The adjustable binding works for any boot size.
$25/set per hut stay
Cross-Country Ski Chariot
Our Chariot Cross-Country ski unit is great for pulling your kiddos around. It’s a bit old and well used but still gets the job done. It is a double-wide if you are brave enough to try to pull two kids (a great workout!). We often would use a hot-water bottle on their laps and blanket to keep them cozy on the coldest of trips.
